Delivery Policy from online Adult Shop:

After ordering online with, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1 business day; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

All orders before 4pm are posted the same day, Monday to Friday.

All delivery times are estimates, as we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control.

We do not take any responsibility for misplaced parcels. We offer tracking number services for your peace of mind however we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control.

We offer shipping insurance for a small fee to cover any lost, damaged or misplaced items. If you do not choose to add insurance to your order, we will not be held responsible in any way for any item that is damaged or lost.

Please note:  A signature may be required on receipt of orders being delivered.  If you are not going to be home, it may be better to send the parcel to your work address. Alternatively, if you will not be home to sign for the delivery, you have the option to mark you shipment with ‘Authority to Leave’. If you wish to do so, please make note in your order.

In using you accept that an order is considered delivered when the postal company updates the Postal tracking number for that shipment to ‘Delivered’.

We will only ship to the address listed on your order form.
Pick up options are not available.

Postage Insurance is charged at rate of $2.00 per $100 insured.
